Our strategy was launched on the 1st May 2025 and details an ambitious and co-produced overview of where we want to be in the next 10 years. This was made possible by the collective effort of clients, trustees, staff, volunteers and partners who gave their time, creativity and ideas to build this strategy.

Oasis Journeys

When people come to Oasis, they may have taken long, complex and traumatic journeys. When they arrive, we want them to feel safe and welcome. As they begin the next stage of their journeys in Wales, we will work with them to meet their needs and travel towards their aspirations for themselves and their families. As with any journey, there are ups and downs which we will help people to navigate. The change model below summarises our approach and is detailed in our report.
